A tissue micro array (TMA) purchased from US Biomax, Inc. <t>(PR242b)</t> was stained for pseudouridine and imaged at 10X and 40X. Cores with Gleason 3+3, 4+3 and 5+4 were used for representative images. Staining is primarily localized to the cytoplasm of glandular cells with negligible staining of the gland cells belonging to normal adjacent tissues (NATs). B.
